- 1 sleeve of saltine crackers
- 1 bag of small chocolate/peanut butter chips
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
Set oven to 350 degrees
Line cookie sheet with foil and cover with crackers laid out side-by-side. Set aside.
On stove top melt butter over medium heat and add sugar and stir till dissolved, pour over crackers so all are covered. Bake until golden brown, remove from oven and immediately pour chips over the crackers evenly. Let set for a minute or two until chips are shiny (semi-melted) and spread chips with a spatula evenly over crackers.
Put cookie sheet into fridge for approximately 2 hours and then break into pieces and EAT!
Other options to the chocolate/peanut butter chips are white chocolate and peanut butter chips or just one flavor of chips, or try food coloring on white chocolate chips for the holiday’s – get creative and everyone will enjoy this one – I can’t tell you HOW much!!!
This one was giving to me by a girl from work – Thanks Tanya!
