Lemon Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In medium bowl cut in the following:

  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup all purpose flour

Press into bottom of 9×13″ baking pan and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or util firm and brown.

In another bowl wisk together the following:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp spoon all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Pour over baked crust and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until firm.  Cool completely and cut and EAT! – YUM!
