- 1 package Southern Style Hash browns (semi-thawed)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 chopped onion (or to taste)
- 1 can cream celery soup
- Seasoning = parsley, pepper, salt or Mrs. Dash = to taste
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix together potatoes, sour cream, onion, soup and seasoning. Spray baking casserole dish with Pam and spread potato mixture cutting through out. Spread pats of butter through mixture and top with cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered and then another 1/2 uncovered.
YUM! This goes great with just about anything! You could also add chunks of ham to make a cheesy ham and potato casserole.
