In a small mixing bowl stir together the following:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp snipped fresh chives
- 1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp snipped parsley
- 1/4 tsp coarsely cracked pepper
Cover and chill till serving time. Makes about 2/3 cups and goes GREAT on fish!
