Tariaki Sauce

  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • pepper
  • chopped green onion or chive
  • chopped dill
  • celery seed

Heat through and use just like you would use the store bought stuff.  Refrigerate after cooled.
