- 1/2 cup low calorie salad dressing, (mayonnaise type base)
- 1 Tbsp drained capers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients. Chill. Makes approximately 2/3 cup salad dressing.
This dressing goes great with fish dishes and or even try basting your fish on the grill, after it’s had time for the flavors to marry (several hours in the fridge).
