Mango Tango Salsa

  • 2 large avocado’s
  • 1 mango
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 cup red or sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • garlic to taste, start with about 3 cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • juice of one lime

Blend all the ingredients above and let set for several hours before serving.
