Something about me

I’ve been called a “food snob” simply because my husband and I LOVE to cook, grill and EAT GREAT tasting food!  And I guess if that makes me a “food snob”  – so be it.

Sometimes though, as good as we are and love to entertain and have friends and family over to try out our latest invention of the culinary type – I still miss the comfort foods of home and strive to keep them as popular in our home as they were when I was a kid.

The only thing that’s missing is Grandma Doris’s tuna casserole, or Aunt Pam’s famous cookies and all the dishes that I get from other people (or maybe I have, but they’ve been lost in my massively dysfunctional, unorganized cookbook), that I would love to have, keep track of and SHARE.  We’re really not “food snob’s” we just love great food.

You may know me and you may not.  I’m the daughter of Gail, Wife of Timmy’s, step-mom to Caleb, sister of Debbie, Cricket, Scott and Gini.  Aunt to Madi, DJ, Cheyenne, Casey, Scotty, Timmy and Shawny.  Sister-in-law to Beth, Jaque, Kim, Glob, Noddle and Memo.  Daughter-in-law to Bob, Virgie, Doris, Bill and Duffy’s FIRST ex-wife ;).  Great friends of Angela, Pam, Dave, Tammy, Krislyn, Robin, Cathey, Deana, Martha, Jamie, Brian, Julie, Cammie, Daryl, Sharron, Jimmy Q and  Chad.  AND hopefully we’ll continue to share and become great friends too.
