  1. PEA SALAD

1 bag frozen sweet baby peas – thawed
    3 or 4 green onions – chopped
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup chopped cashews
    1/2 cup(or to taste)bottled coleslaw dressing
    salt and pepper

Rinse peas in colander under cold water to thaw. Mix all ingredients except cashews together in medium bowl. Let stand in refrigerator 30 minutes fold in cashews and serve.

This is a great cool dish for a hot summer day. I tried this for the first time at a party and figured out the ingredients myself so feel free to imbellish it your own way.

  3. Excellent! Your blog has a bunch comment posts. How did you get so many bloggers to look at your article I’m jealous! I’m still studying all about posting information on the web. I’m going to click on more articles on your site to get a better idea how to get more visable. Thanks for the help!
